All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-4 business days of their placement with free tracked shipping of £27+. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return it for a refund or exchange. We would gladly accept new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered items within this time limit if they are returned in their original packaging. The refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days after it has been received and approved. You will be notified via email once the reimbursement has been processed.
